Our Safety Measures

sanitizer, mask, gloves

As a business, our top priority continues to be the health and safety of our customers, our employees, and their families. The Texas government has allowed businesses to decide how they would like to proceed after the statewide mask mandate lifts on March 10, 2021.

We've always followed CDC guidelines and are continuing to do so. The CDC has recently updated its mask guidance; vaccinated individuals can resume activities without wearing masks or physically distancing. Our technicians will still continue to wear masks while visiting your homes. If you are vaccinated and comfortable, you're welcome to maskless while our technicians are in your home.

We wouldn't be here without you, and we appreciate your continued support.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Our COVID Precautions:

Please know the health and well being of our community and associates continues to be our company’s top priority.

To combat the spread of COVID-19, 1st Home and Commercial Services has set expectations for its employees to comply with all recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention ( CDC ) relating to the virus, specifically relating to “social distancing”.

During this time of change and uncertainty, there is one thing you can count on. 1st Home and Commercial Services will continue to deliver the highest quality of service to all of our customers. Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical systems are all critical components for the health and safety of our communities. We will push forward, and continue to be available to provide service to all in the Austin area. We will always be available for emergency situations such as plumbing leaks, water damage from plumbing or A/C or any malfunctions in these systems.

Our technicians will be vetted daily to ensure they are in good health and are not symptomatic. All of our technicians are equipped with shoe covers, gloves, hand sanitizer, and face masks. As the situation develops, our team is prepared to work remotely to avoid the risk of transmission.

We believe the above actions are in the best interests of our customers and our employees. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide you updates as needed.

As always, thank you for your continued support of our business here at 1st Home and Commercial Services.
