Our Inspection & Maintenance Checklists
Cooling Inspection and Maintenance Checklist:
- Air quality test with camera
- Check refrigerant charge
- Measure refrigerant line temps
- Test drain pan with algaecide
- Thorough inspection of plenums and ducts
- Test float switch
- Check blower speed
- Check return air intakes and sizing
- Check coil condition
- Check filter
- Check thermostat operation and accuracy

Heating Inspection and Maintenance Checklist:
- Test gas pressure
- Check electrical consumption
- Check refrigerant charge on heat pump
- Check and clean closet containing unit
- Check filter
- Inspect flue pipe, heat exchanger, and electric heating element
- Test emergency operations and safety controls
- Check for natural gas, propane, and carbon monoxide leaks
- Check housing and blower wheel for debris
- Clean and inspect burners and ignition system
- Test pressure and emergency function on heat pump
- Check mechanical components - capacitor, contactor, fan motor
- Test thermostat operation and accuracy
- During our HVAC inspections, if you have your filters at your residence, we will replace the filters for no additional charge! (If you have any issues or questions please give our office a call for assistance)
Plumbing Inspection and Maintenance Checklist:
- Water Quality Testing
- Flush water heater for tank or tankless
- Incoming water, pressure test and static pressure test
- Check tubs and showers
- Inspect faucet performance
- Inspect sink pipes
- Check washing machine hoses
- Check emergency shut offs
- Check vent drafts
- Check exposed water lines
- Check drains
- Check hose bibs and vacuum breakers for leaks
- Inspect water heaters for leaks

You can save 10% on your utility bill just by having a tune up. Keeping your HVAC, plumbing, and electric systems maintained on a regular basis can help you them last longer.
Our team of seasoned technicians looks at the total health of your home to help you preplan ahead for large upgrades.

Here’s the math.
$2000 (everything included in the program)

Plus, if your home has repairs for $5000 (parts and labor) or more, you can save up to $500 per visit because you get 10% off repairs. The Peace of Mind Program costs $342 spread out over 12 months. That helps our members lower costs and spread out terms with no interest.
Emergencies
And, Peace of Mind members get priority scheduling for the normal dispatch fee during emergencies, so we save you even more money there.
