What’s included in the “Peace of Mind Membership”?

Our Technicians will visit you 4 times per year:

  • 1 Cooling Inspection and Maintenance

$27 a month for 12 months +$10 per HVAC unit

Our Inspection & Maintenance Checklist

    • Air quality test with camera

    • Check refrigerant charge

    • Measure refrigerant line temps

    • Test drain pan with algaecide

    • Thorough inspection of plenums and ducts

    • Incoming water, pressure test and static pressure test

    • Check tubs and showers

    • Inspect faucet performance

    You can save 10% on your utility bill just by having a tune up. Keeping your HVAC and plumbing systems maintained on a regular basis can help you them last longer.

    A busy homeowner may not have the experience and/or resources to know how to navigate the tough decision and build trust.

    You don’t have to wonder if your plumbing is up to code and safety standards. And you can worry less about extreme weather events and energy bills with a well maintained HVAC system.

    Our team of seasoned technicians looks at the total health of your home to help you preplan ahead for large upgrades.

  • If we do the math on the estimate for your next repairs. If your repairs are over $5000 (parts and labor), you will save up to $500. The Peace of Mind Program costs $342 spread out over 12 months. That helps our members lower costs and spread out terms with no interest.

    If we itemize the value of each inspection, maintenance, diagnostic, and cleaning the cost would be over $2000.


    If your home has $5000 of work to do, your membership has already paid for itself for 20 months. And that gives you the two inspections and two maintenance visits each year.

    Emergencies
    When something goes wrong, you are our 1st Priority. We don’t charge extra for emergency calls when you have a monthly Peace of Mind Membership.

  • For only $27/month you are a valued member of our 1st Home Peace of Mind program. This membership is the same value package we at 1st Home have delivered thousands of times in Austin Texas.

    That’s four visits from our professional crew (read below). Plus a discount on parts and labor up to $500 per visit (terms apply).

    If your home has more than one HVAC unit, the monthly charge is an additional $10 for each unit.
