Water conservation federal tax credits

When you file your taxes this year, be sure to claim federal tax credits for replacing the water heater in your principal residence with an energy-efficient product or renewable energy system. Click the following link to be certain that you qualify for a federal tax credit for your energy-efficient water heater.

Federal Tax Credits for Energy Efficiency

Homeowners may qualify for 30% of the cost up to $1,500 if they install the system by December 31, 2010. Contact us at 1st Home and Commercial Services if you are considering replacing your water heater or are having problems with hot water in your home.
